A year-long space to stay connected, grounded and supported through the different seasons of life — while becoming part of the growing Pulse community.

Pulse 365 is for those who don’t necessarily need ongoing one-to-one coaching, but love having a steady place to return to for perspective, connection and practical support throughout the year.

It’s also for those who want to be more connected to the Pulse community — with opportunities to share their voice and help shape where Pulse goes next.

Throughout your year, you’ll receive:

• The Monthly Pulse — a collective look at the themes, patterns and energy I’m noticing and what may be helpful to keep in mind as you move through the month. Emailed via blog or vlog.
• Golden Nuggets — simple, grounded reminders and practical guidance for finding your steady place in everyday life.
• Emailed via blog or vlog.
• Pulse Practices — occasional grounding, reflection or energy practices you can actually use in real life.
• Emailed via blog or vlog.
• Four private 60-minute sessions with Lesley, spread throughout your year of membership.
• Approx 1 every 3 months.
• A voice within the Pulse community — through member polls, surveys and opportunities to share what you’d like to see next.
• Help shape where Pulse goes next — including future workshop topics, experiences, areas of support and ideas you’d like to explore together.
• Priority appointment booking — Pulse 365 members receive priority access to available appointment times & for extra 1:1 packages.
• Priority access to workshop and experience seats — giving members the opportunity to secure a space before selected offerings are opened more broadly.

This isn’t about spending a year constantly working on yourself.

It’s about having a steady place to return to — while staying connected to a community that’s continuing to grow, evolve and create together.

Some months you may want more connection. Other months, simply receiving something that helps you pause, reflect and come back to yourself may be exactly what you need.
