For more than 25 years, my professional life has centered around people — from business, Human Resources and training to leadership and coordination in high-demand industries where communication, judgement, safety and getting it right mattered.

Alongside that has been more than 15 years of intuitive work, giving me a very different window into people, relationships, loss, choices, fear and what really matters to us.

Those worlds may seem very different, but together — along with plenty of navigating, rebuilding and changing course in my own life — they taught me something important:

Learning so much about death taught me far more about living.

Life isn't always about changing what's in front of us. It's about learning how to navigate it — when to take the wheel, when to change course, when to trust yourself and sometimes, when to stop forcing and allow life to unfold.

That's the foundation of how I support people today.

I bring together practical experience, intuitive insight and training with spiritual coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, mental health first aid and psychological first aid to meet people where they are. No overly clinical approach.

No need to make everything “woo-woo.” Just real conversation, perspective, tools and support shaped around the person in front of me.

I don't believe my role is to steer your life or give you every answer.

I'm here to stand beside you, help you recognize your own strengths, trust your own compass and become more confident navigating your life for yourself.

Think of me as a lighthouse — and, when you need it, a pretty enthusiastic cheerleader on the shore.

Because I'm not here to make you need me.

I'm here to help you need yourself.
