A three-month space to stay connected, grounded and supported as life continues to move.

Pulse Season is for those who don’t necessarily need ongoing one-to-one coaching, but love having a steady place to return to for perspective, connection and practical support.

Over your three months, you’ll receive:

• The Monthly Pulse — a collective look at the themes, patterns and energy I’m noticing and what may be helpful to keep in mind as you move through the month.
• Golden Nuggets — simple, grounded reminders and practical guidance for finding your steady place in everyday life.
• Pulse Practices — occasional grounding, reflection or energy practices you can actually use in real life.
• “Emailed via blog or vlog.”
  
• One private 60-minute session with Lesley to use anytime during your three-month membership.
• Member perks including priority opportunities for selected workshops, groups and experiences.
• Priority appointment booking — Pulse Season members receive priority access to available appointment times & for extra 1:1 packages.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate.
