Hone In is a live, interactive one-hour workshop designed to help you explore the natural skills, instincts and ways of knowing that may already be showing up in your everyday life.

We’ll talk about intuition, sensitivity, reading people and situations, recognizing patterns, trusting what you notice, and understanding the difference between overthinking something and simply knowing.

This isn’t about fitting yourself into a particular label or trying to become something you’re not. It’s about becoming more aware of what comes naturally to you — and learning how to strengthen and work with it.

There will be conversation, simple exercises and opportunities to ask questions and explore what your own skills may look like.

No previous experience is needed.
